Ciara Monfort, Managing Broker for Monfort Agency, a division of Monfort Companies, has become a trusted leader in Denver’s commercial real estate sector. Specializing in industrial, flex, and retail properties, Ciara is known for her unwavering dedication to her clients' success. Whether working with tenants, owner-occupiers, or landlords, she provides expert guidance through the complexities of the commercial real estate market.
Ciara began her commercial real estate journey at Warehouse Hotline, formerly known as Sonenreich & Co., a leading brokerage in Denver, where she developed a strong foundation in the field. She then moved to Kentwood Commercial, further honing her expertise. After her tenure at Kentwood Commercial, Ciara transitioned to Monfort Companies, where she founded and now leads Monfort Agency, driving continued success and growth for her clients.
Before embarking on her career in commercial real estate, Ciara earned an MBA in Kinesiology, concentrating on the psychological and physical effects of the brain on athletes. Initially, her career was focused on understanding athletes' mental and physical dynamics. However, in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, Ciara's path took an unexpected turn, leading her to uncover and enthusiastically pursue her true passion for commercial real estate.
A Colorado native from Greeley, Ciara’s deep understanding of the local market is complemented by her academic background in Business Communications and Business Sports Management from Arizona State University. Now residing in Cherry Creek with her husband Jonathan, she enjoys tennis, pickleball, skiing and wake-skating at her hometown lake. In addition to her professional achievements, Ciara has recently joined the board of Respite Care, continuing to contribute to the community with the same passion and commitment.
